- 目的 基于脑肠轴与免疫、炎症、发热的关系,运用多源数据库信息整合法探讨银莱汤干预脑肠轴相关靶点的作用机制,为实验研究提供靶向性指导。方法 检索中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(TCMSP)及PubChem、David数据库,构建银莱汤靶标数据库,检索SCI文献以建立脑肠轴靶标数据库,通过对银莱汤靶标和脑肠轴靶标进行对比分析,获得银莱汤干预脑肠轴潜在靶标。结果 发现银莱汤药物化学成分429个,银莱汤的作用靶标689个,脑肠轴相关靶标99个,银莱汤干预脑肠轴的潜在靶标35个。结论 银莱汤干预脑肠轴的靶标主要集中在与脑肠肽相关的酶,主要功能为免疫、炎症、能量代谢,可参与人体的免疫应答、氧化损伤等。
- Abstract:
- Objective To explore the mechanism of Yinlai Decoction intervening brain-gut axis related targets by using multi-source database information integration method based on the relationship between brain-gut axis and immunity, inflammation and fever; To provide targeted guidance for experimental research. Methods TCMSP, HIT, PubChem, and David database were searched to construct Yinlai Decoction target database. SCI literature was searched to establish brain-gut axis target database. Yinlai Decoction target and brain-gut axis target were compared to obtain potential targets of Yinlai Decoction intervention in brain-gut axis. Results There were 429 chemical constituents in Yinlai Decoction, 689 targets of Yinlai Decoction, 99 targets related to brain-gut axis, and 35 potential targets of Yinlai Decoction in intervening brain-gut axis. Conclusion The targets of Yinlai Decoction intervening brain-gut axis mainly concentrates on the enzymes related to brain-gut peptide. Its main functions are immunity, inflammation and energy metabolism, which can participate in the immune response and oxidative damage of human body.
