- 目的 建立微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定4个省区锁阳中19种无机元素含量的方法。方法 以HNO3-H2O2为消解体系对样品进行微波消解,采用ICP-MS法同时测定,等离子体射频功率1300 W,雾化气(氩气)体积流量1.1 L/min,等离子流量15 L/min,雾化室温度2 ℃,采样锥孔径1.1 mm,截取锥孔径0.4 mm,数据采集重复3次。结果 19 种元素在各自线性范围内均呈良好线性关系,检出限满足分析要求,方法灵敏度高,精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率良好。锁阳主要矿质元素的平均含量依次为钾>钠>镁>钙>铁>锌>锰>锶;重金属元素铅、铬、镉、砷、汞、铜含量除个别样品超标外,其余均符合国家规定,不同省区样品重金属元素总量依次为新疆<青海<甘肃<内蒙古。结论 本研究建立的微波消解ICP-MS法可用于4个省区锁阳中19种无机元素的同时测定,为锁阳的质量评价及健康风险评估提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of contents of 19 inorganic elements in Cynomorii Herba from 4 provinces by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after microwave-assisted digestion. Methods Using HNO3 and H 2O2 as digestion system for microwave-assisted digestion, the inorganic element concentrations were simultaneously determined by ICP-MS. RF power was 1300 W; the flow rate of the carrier gas (argon gas) was 1.1 L/min; plasma gas flow rate was 15 L/min; cool ing temperature was 2 ℃; sampling cone aperture was 1.1 mm ; interception cone aperture was 0.4 mm ; the data collection was repeated 3 times. Results The 19 inorganic elements showed good linearity in respective concentration range. The detection limit of detection (LODs) met the analytical requirements, and the method had high sensitivity, good precision, repeatability, stability, and recovery rates. The average contents of main mineral elements in Cynomorii Herba were K > Na > Mg> Ca > Fe > Zn > Mn > Sr. The harmful heavy metal elements of Pb, Cr, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in Cynomorii Herba were in compliance with national regulations, except for individual samples exceeding national standards. The total content of heavy metal elements was Xinjiang < Qinghai Province < Gansu Province < Inner Mongolia. Conclusion The established method of ICP-MS after microwave-assisted digestion can be used for the simultaneous determination of 19 inorganic elements in Cynomorii Herba from 4 provinces, which provides reference for the quality evaluation and health risk assessment of Cynomorii Herba.
