- 目的 通过构建中药相对药量数学模型,消除药物常用量范围和药量单位不同的影响,使各药物的药量具有可比性,为中医临床组方配伍尤其是药量把握提供依据。方法 以桂枝汤为例,计算方中各药的相对药量,检验模型性能。运用所建模型计算《伤寒论》29首方中各药的相对药量,并分析各药物在方中的量效关系。结果 所建模型较以往模型能更好地体现中医临床用药的实际情况。模型测试结果表明,29首方中有17首在确定方剂“君”“臣”“佐”“使”方面与《方剂学》中的方解一致。结论 本研究建立的模型符合中药临床用药实际情况,可从药量角度解决分析药物在方剂中地位时参考基准不一致的问题。
- Abstract:
- Objective To eliminate the effects of different dosage ranges and dosage units through relative dosage model of TCM; To make the dosage of each drug comparable; To provide a basis for the compatibility of TCM clinical prescriptions, especially dosage control. Methods Taking Guizhi Decoction as an example, the relative dosage of each drug in the prescript ions was calculated , and the model functions were evaluated. The model was used to calculate the relative dosage of drugs in the 29 prescriptions in Shang Han Lun, and the dosage-effect relationship of each drug in the prescriptions was analyzed. Results The model can better reflect the actual situation of clinical medication in TCM than previous models . Model test results showed that 17 prescriptions were identical with the prescriptions of “Jun (emperor)”, “Chen (minister)”, “Zuo (adjuvant)” and “Shi (courier)” in the course of Science of Prescriptions. Conclusion The model conforms to the actual situation of clinical medication of TCM, and the problem of inconsistent reference criteria for resolving the status of drugs in prescriptions is analyzed from the perspective of dosage.
