- 目的 分析治疗肺系疾病经典方剂中药物化学成分类别的构成情况及可能的配伍关系,为治疗肺系疾病方剂的临床应用、物质基础研究与组分配伍研究提供参考。方法 以《中医方剂大辞典精选本》作为方剂基本信息来源,筛选治疗肺系疾病经典方剂,进行信息标准化处理,系统检索方剂组成中药化学成分类别构成,应用数据挖掘技术中的频数、频繁项集及关联规则,对筛选的方剂组成中药化学成分类别构成及关联关系进行分析。结果 按照筛选标准共筛选100首方剂,其中96%的治疗肺系疾病方剂组成药物含萜类化合物,95%含甾体,94%含生物碱;生物碱类化合物与甾体类化合物、黄酮与萜类化合物关联关系非常强,黄酮、生物碱组合等大部分二类化合物组合与萜类或甾体类化合物关联程度高。结论 中药萜类、甾体、黄酮及生物碱类化合物及其组合可能与方剂治疗肺系疾病的物质基础有一定联系,但是尚需进行系统的化学与药效实验研究加以证实。
- Abstract:
- Objective To analysis the distribution pattern and compatibility laws of chemical composition from constituent herbs in classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and provide reference for doctors to make decision in choosing right herbs and prescriptions for treating lung system diseases. Methods Data mining methods (frequent itemsets and association rules) were used to analysis the regular pattern and compatibility law of chemical composition from constituent herbs in classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions treating lung system disease. Results One hundred prescriptions met the critera were studied. The result showed that, 96% of the prescription contain terpenoid, the frequencies of steroid compounds and alkaloids were 95% and 94% respectively;alkaloids was always coupled with steroid compounds, while flavonoids was always coupled with terpenoid with the high confidence. Moreover, the combination of flavonoids and alkaloids was always companied with terpenoid or steroid compounds. Conclusion These principle patterns and special compatibility laws of terpenoid, steroid compounds, flavonoids and alkaloids may be related with the material basis of classical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, and could be useful for doctors to choose right herbs and prescriptions in treating lung system disease, and researchers who study the material basis of prescriptions. But more work on chemical and effect experimental study is needed.
