- 中医证候是辨证论治的起点和核心，是中医取得临床疗效的关键，但中医证候到底是什么，中西医结合过程中的中医证候怎样定位，以及如何进行精准判定并在临床合理利用，依然是目前医学界关注的热点。本文根据目前研究现状进行思考，提出可从5个方面开展中医证候的研究，即中医证候（证素）调查、中医证候诊断标准的制定、中医证候与现代医学指标的相关性、中医证候对现代医学治疗手段选择的影响、中西医结合病证治疗模式对证候（病机）的影响，期望为中医证候的规范化研究提供借鉴和参考。
- Abstract:
- Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is the starting point and core of treatment based on syndrome differentiation , and the key point to clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. However, what exactly is traditional Chinese medicine syndrome , what is the positioning of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the process of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and how to make accurate judgment and make reasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in clinical practice are still hot issues in the medical community. According to the current research situation , this article proposed to conduct study on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome from the following five aspects , namely syndrome (factor) survey , formulation of standards of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome , correlation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the indexes of modern medicine , effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome on choice of modern medical treatment , and the effects of treatment mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on syndrome (mechanism), with a purpose to provide references for the normalization research on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.
