- 目的 建立滇重楼野生品和移栽品的HPLC指纹图谱,并进行化学模式识别。方法 采用HPLC对22份不同产地野生与移栽滇重楼进行测定,并进行聚类分析、主成分分析及偏最小二乘-判别分析。结果 建立了不同产地野生与移栽滇重楼的HPLC指纹图谱,得到11个共有峰,各产地样品指纹图谱相似度较高。除Y3、Y4、Z3、Z4样品不能完全区分外,其余产地野生品与移栽品均能很好区分。结论 滇重楼野生品与移栽品有一定差异,但贵州省兴义市七舍镇马格闹村和四川省会东县老君滩乡平街村的野生品与移栽品较为相似。
- Abstract:
- Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints of wild and transplanted Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis and conduct chemical pattern recognition. Methods Totally 22 wild and transplanted P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis from different habitats were determined by HPLC, and were analyzed by cluster analysis, PCA and OPLS-DA. Results HPLC fingerprints of wild and transplanted P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis from different habitats were established. There were 11 common peaks were obtained in fingerprints. The similarity of fingerprints of samples was high. Except for Y3, Y4, Z3 and Z4, which cannot be completely distinguished, the wild and transplanted samples from other habitats could be well distinguished. Conclusion There are some differences between wild and transplanted P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis, but the wild and transplanted samples are similar in Magenao Village in Guizhou Province, and Pingjie Village in Sichuan Province.
