- 目的 基于最大熵(MaxEnt)模型和地理信息系统(ArcGIS),结合相关生态因子对缬草生态适宜区进行预测分析。方法 应用MaxEnt模型和ArcGIS,结合475个缬草样本信息数据和55项生态因子,通过MaxEnt模型筛选出5个影响缬草生长的主要生态因子,并在ArcGIS中进行缬草生态适宜性预测展示。结果 综合分析得出缬草适宜生长环境参数:海拔1700~3000 m,5月降水量70~150 mm,6月降水量80~190 mm,坡度4°~24°,坡向为平地、东南、西南;预测缬草最适宜生长地区为陕西南部、湖北西部、四川中部和北部、青海西部和甘肃南部地区。结论 本研究预测分布区域与中国植物志记载产地基本一致,可为缬草的种植区域规划提供指导。
- Abstract:
- Objective To predict and analyze the ecologically suitable area s of Valeriana officinalis based on MaxEnt and geographic information system (ArcGIS) combined with relevant ecological factors. Methods Using MaxEnt model and ArcGIS, combining 475 sample information data and 55 ecological factors, the MaxEnt model was used to screen out 5 main ecological factors that affected the growth of Valeriana officinalis. The ecological suitability prediction display of Valeriana officinalis was carried out by ArcGIS. Results Comprehensive analysis showed that the suitable growth environment parameters of Valeriana officinalis were: altitude of 1700-3000 m, precipitation of 70-150 mm in May, precipitation of 80-190 mm in June, slope of 4°-24°, slope direction was flat, southeast, and southwest; the most suitable growth areas for Valeriana officinalis were predicted to be southern Shanxi, western Hubei, central and northern Sichuan, western Qinghai, and southern Gansu. Conclusion The predicted distribution area s of this study are basically consistent with the provenance of Chinese flora, which can provide guidance for the planning of planting area s of Valeriana officinalis .
