- 身痛逐瘀汤源自《医林改错》,为治疗痹证经典方剂之一。本文从方证释义、现代药理、现代研发等方面进行文献梳理分析,发现现代药理实验涉及范围较小,且缺乏对复方制剂药效物质的功效、原理等方面进行本质的解读。此外,关于身痛逐瘀汤制剂现代研发的均一性、稳定性等关键问题目前尚未得到解决。本文结合超分子“印迹模板”概念,提出身痛逐瘀汤现代药理学研究新方法,以及如何研制均一、稳定的中药复方制剂,为身痛逐瘀汤后续现代药理研究提供思路,并为中药复方制剂的研发奠定基础。
- Abstract:
- Shentong Zhuyutang, which originated from the volume of Yi Lin Gai Cuo, is one of the classic prescriptions for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and treating Bi syndrome. This article conducted systematic literature analysis from the interpretation of prescriptions and syndromes, modern pharmacology, modern research and development and other aspects, found that the scope of modern pharmacology experiment was small, and the lack of the essential interpretation of the efficacy, principle and other aspects of effective substances produced by the compound preparation. In addition, the uniformity and stability of modern research and development of Shentong Zhuyutang has not been solved. Therefore, in combination with the concept of supramolecular “imprinted template”, the authors put forward a new method of modern pharmacology research on Shentong Zhuyutang and how to develop a uniform and stable TCM compound preparation, which provided a n idea for the follow-up modern pharmacology research on Shentong Zhuyutang and laid a foundation for the research and development of TCM compound preparation.
