- 本文介绍刘国安主任医师治疗心律失常临证经验。刘老认为，心律失常病机为本虚标实，以心气、心阳、心阴、心血虚为本，痰热、血瘀、气滞为标；论治分为痰热内扰、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚、心脾两虚、阴虚火旺、气滞血瘀6型，选方分别为黄连温胆汤、生脉散、炙甘草汤、归脾汤、天王补心丹、血府逐瘀汤加减，临床疗效较佳，值得借鉴。
- Abstract:
- This article introduced the experience of director doctor L iu Guoan in treating arrhythmia. Director Liu believes that the pathogenesis of arrhythmia is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality , which is based on deficiency of heart qi , heart yang , heart yin and blood as the origin , and phlegm heat , blood stasis and qi stagnation as the superficiality ; the treatment is divided into six types: phlegm-heat internal disturbance, qi and yin deficiency , yin and yang deficiency , heart and spleen deficiency , yin deficiency and fire flourishing , qi stagnation and blood stasis; the selected prescription were modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction , Shengmai Powder , Zhigancao Decoction , Guipi Decoction, Tianwang Buxin Pills, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction , with good clinical efficacy , which is worthy of reference.
