银屑病肠道菌群中西医研究进展

- 银屑病是一种以慢性炎症性为主要发病特征且与免疫相关的疾病。研究表明，肠道菌群与免疫疾病有密切关系，尤其与炎症性肠道疾病关系密切。银屑病发病机制与肠道菌群紊乱的机制有相似之处。通过中医辨治对肠道菌群维持稳态的研究，从炎症性肠道疾病的角度进行探索，为调节银屑病肠道菌群的中医药临床治疗及诊断提供了一定依据。本文对目前关于银屑病肠道菌群的中西医研究进行了综述。
- Abstract:
- Psoriasis is a disease characterized by chronic inflammation and related to immunity. Studies have shown that intestinal flora is closely related to immune diseases, especially inflammatory intestinal diseases. The pathogenesis mechanism of psoriasis is similar to that of intestinal flora disorder. From the point of view of inflammatory intestinal diseases, the study on TCM differentiation and treatment to maintain the steady state of intestinal flora provided a certain basis for the clinical treatment and diagnosis of intestinal flora of psoriatic. This article reviewed the current research on TCM and Western medicine for intestinal flora of psoriasis.
