- 目的 通过分析国内不同发展层次有代表性的9所中医药高校专利情况，了解中医药高校国内外专利发展现状，为中医药高校知识产权管理提供参考。方法 检索大为innojoy专利搜索引擎中9所中医药高校2000－2019年的国内外专利，分析专利申请情况、年度趋势、合作专利与专利运营、技术领域分布、被引用次数。结果 共检索到国内专利5222件，国外专利64件。国内专利申请数量呈逐年上升趋势；国内专利合作比例为2.7%～25.6%，仅2所高校有国外专利合作；7所高校发生了国内专利转让或许可；国内外专利主要研究单一中药或中药组合物、中药提取物、天然化合物制备或其药理作用，有效物质明确的国外专利更易得到授权；各高校国内专利被引≥1次专利比例为11.3%～45.2%，被引≥5次专利比例为0～6.5%。结论 不同高校专利发展水平差距较大，专利申请数量整体呈上升趋势，专利质量和专利运营能力尚需提升。
- Abstract:
- Objective To understand the current situation of patent development at home and abroad by analyzing the patents of nine TCM colleges and universities with different development levels in China; To provide references for intellectual property management of TCM colleges and universities. Methods By searching the patents of TCM colleges and universities from 2000 to 2019 in innojoy patent platform, patent application, annual trend, cooperation patent, patent enterprise operation, distribution of technology field, times of being cited were analyzed. Results Totally 5222 domestic patents and 64 foreign patents were retrieved. The number of domestic patent applications was on the rise year by year. The proportion of domestic patent cooperation was 2.7%–25.6%, and only two universities had foreign patent cooperation. Seven universities have domestic patents transferred or licensed. Domestic and foreign patents mainly studied the preparation or pharmacological effect of single or composition of Chi nese materia medica, the extracts of Chinese materia medica and natural compounds of Chinese materia medica. Foreign patents with clear effective substances were more easily authorized. The proportion of domestic patents cited ≥ 1 was 11.3% –45.2%, and the proportion of patents cited ≥5 was 0 –6.5%. Conclusion The level of patent development varies greatly among different universities, and the number of patent applications is on the rise as a whole, but the quality and the operation capability of patents still needs to be improved.
