- “心肾不交”是中医学理论的重要内容，对临床具有积极的指导意义，但目前对该理论的认识与研究不够深入。本文基于病理表现形式，以及阴阳、水火、升降、精血、神志、表里、经络等对心肾不交理论进行探究，以期挖掘其内涵，拓宽其理论外延，为相关临床应用提供有益参考。
- Abstract:
- The theory of disharmony between heart and k idney is an important content of TCM theory, which has positive guiding significance for clinical practice. However , the current understanding and research on this theory is not suff iciently detailed. This article explored and analyzed the theory of disharmony between heart and k idney based on the pathological manifestations and yin-yang, water-fire , ascending and descending , blood and essence , mind , exterior- interior, meridians and collaterals , in order to explore its theoretical connotation , broaden its theoretical extension and provide useful references for its clinical application.
