- 贝尔麻痹（Bell’s palsy，BP）是常见的周围性面瘫，与古之“口?”相近。敦煌《灸经图》传承久远，特色鲜明，所载古穴未注明经络（经筋）循行，仅图示穴位，阐释主治和方法，简单实用。本文从BP、面瘫与手足三阳经筋、面瘫取穴、敦煌古穴、艾灸作用机理等方面探讨敦煌《灸经图》古穴治疗BP理论特色，为临床相关治疗提供思路，发扬敦煌医学。
- Abstract:
- Bell’s palsy (BP) is a common peripheral facial paralysis , which is similar to the ancient “Kouwai”. Jiu Jing Tu in Dunhuang has been passed on for a long time and has distinctive features. The ancient acupoints contained in it do not indicate the meridian sequence, only the acupoints are illustrated; the indications and methods are explained, which is simple and practical. This article explored the theoretical characteristics of ancient acupoints in Jiu Jing Tu in Dunhuang for treating BP from aspects of BP , facial paralysis and Hand-foot Sanyang Meridian , facial paralysis acupoints , Dunhuang ancient acupoints and the mechanism of moxibustion, which provided ideas for clinical treatment and promoted Dunhuang medicine.
