- 洪善贻教授认为，心力衰竭（以下简称“心衰”）患者日久肺气亏虚，卫外功能下降，易于外感，且祛邪无力，易于传变，逆传心包，伤及心血，导致气机逆乱，故治肺是心衰合并肺部感染的重要措施，恢复肺主治节功能，与心功能恢复密切相关。
- Abstract:
- According to Professor H ong Shanyi , patients with heart failure suffer from chronic lung deficiency. Their immune system would be weakened, and they are easy to be struck by p athogens. In addition, the patients cannot eliminate the pathogenic factor s, and pathogens could be infectious to pericardium, affecting heart and blood and resulting in qi disorder. The treatment of “lung” is a major method to senile heart failure combined with pulmonary infection. Restoring lung government of management and regulation is closely related to cardiac function recovery.
